What is the application process like?
Our application process is quick and easy! Once you submit an application, we run a rental, credit, and criminal background screening. This takes approximately 24–48 hours. After approval, your lease will be generated and ready for signature.
How does pricing work?
Carolina Creek leases per bedspace. We offer three floor plan options: Standard, Premium, and Luxe. For the most accurate pricing, contact our leasing office at (252) 516-8796. All units come fully furnished and include access to our full amenity package.
What amenities are available?
All amenities are available to residents 24/7. Our community amenities include:
- Outdoor swimming pool

Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are billed separately each month through your resident portal. Electricity is managed through SimpleBills, and charges are divided per bed space between all residents in the unit.

We are pet-friendly!
One-time, non-refundable pet fee: $500
Monthly pet rent: $25
We offer pet waste stations throughout the property as well as a dedicated dog park. Pets must be under 45 lbs, and aggressive breeds are not permitted.

We provide lifestyle-based roommate matching to help ensure a great living experience. We pair residents based on preferences like:

What are the lease terms?
All leases are 12-month terms to align with the ECU academic year. Returning residents receive priority during renewal. If you need to break or reassign your lease, we can assist—fees may apply.
How do I request maintenance or repairs?
We have 24/7 emergency maintenance available at all times. For non-emergency requests, you can submit a service ticket through your resident portal. Our team responds within 24–48 hours and performs regular inspections to keep your unit in great condition.

Where are you located, and what's transportation like?
We are located off West Arlington Boulevard in Greenville, NC, just a 5-minute drive from ECU and near Pitt Community College. Transportation options include:
- ECU bus arriving every half hour at :10 & :40
- ECU transit vans, available 24/7 upon request

- Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
